This is an automated Human Resource Management software package, developed in-house. It is flexible enough to be used by companies in all sectors of the economy. It covers the entire scope of Human Resource Management functions right from recruitment, job ranking, assessment of training needs, appraisals, on the job training, leave management (all types of leave), staff bio-data management, staff internal deployment details, staff deployment & employment history, staff welfare management, staff medical welfare management, industrial disputes management, reminders and any other unique feature that may be requested for.

Nditronics Attendance Management System

This software package, used in combination with either a fingerprint scanner or a bar code reader collects and manages attendance of staff. It replaces the manual punching card system and increases time related productivity. By minimizing human interference, this system has been very instrumental in discovering and eliminating attendance related fraud amongst many of our clients (some up to 50% of monthly payroll). Nditronics National Resource Inventory for Disaster Management

This software was developed to help manage and co-ordinate large-scale emergency response to disasters. As the name suggests, the system basically is a database that identifies the details (specifications/qualifications, number, location, 24hour contacts, etc) of all the necessary resources available to an incident commander who may be charged with the responsibility of mobilizing large-scale emergency response and rescue operations. With this tool, the incident commander has information on all the resources available to him nationally, be they personnel, machinery or facilities and how to mobilize them at the touch of a button.  And with lessons learnt from every operation, the system can be used to flush out the inadequacies in Disaster Preparedness of the co-coordinating body.
